ARTURAS OVERAS

Mr. Overas was born in Kaunas, Lithuania, and studied at Kaunas Medical Academy from 1984 to 1988. Mr. Overas immigrated to the United States in 1988 and subsequently earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology (1990) and a Master of Health Administration (M.H.A.) degree (1995), both from the University of South Florida. In 1998, he earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. Mr. Overas was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1998 and is licensed to practice in all Virginia courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western districts of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Overas was the recipient of the Governor's Award in 1997 for his contribution to the International Market Planning Program, sponsored by Virginia's Economic Development Partnership. Currently, Mr. Overas practices in all areas of US Immigration and Nationality Law and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

SCOTT R. PASIERB

Mr. Pasierb earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in 2006. During law school, Mr. Pasierb served as an editor of and contributing author to the University of Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest. He also drafted an in-depth analysis of the comprehensive immigration reform as envisioned by Congress in 2006 and its potential intersection with IIRAIRA. Mr. Pasierb was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2006. Prior to his studies in law school, Mr. Pasierb earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from the Pennsylvania State University in 2000. Mr. Pasierb also earned Phi Beta Kappa academic honors at the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Pasierb is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
